Pre-order terms and conditions:

• A 50% deposit is required on pre-orders or full payment whichever you prefer
• Balance is due when collecting in the warehouse
• Pre-orders is commonly between 2.5-4 months
• Delays can occur resulting from circumstances beyond our control
• Orders are considered final once the deposit is received
• The customer can choose to cancel a pre-order but will forfeit all deposits and/or payments made. (please email or call us prior to cancelling to see if there are any other options we can provide)
• Pre-orders cannot be returned or refunded except for major faults.
• Paying the 50% deposit makes you bound by the terms and conditions of this pre-order sale
• Pre-orders are considered custom orders where Location Makeover has sent to manufacturing/ordered items specifically for you.
